We always hangout in my friend’s place and it is such a small apartment with a small living room. The problem is, we don’t really fit inside her house because of the space taken up by her large furniture and chairs that she got from her mom. Sometimes, we just go to another place so that we can be more comfortable when we talk about our lives. She doesn’t want us to meet her outside because she loves to cook for us. I suggested to her that if she wants to have more space, she should have her living room made over. I suggested that she lose those bulky and large chairs and exchange them for the cute and practical bean bag chairs that I see in makeover shows on TV. A relative of hers thought the idea was great so she told my friend that she’d buy the chairs just so she can have them replaced with the new bean bags. My friends asked me and some friends to accompany her to the mall to buy the chairs and we helped her take home four of these amazing and innovative furniture. A cousin of mine got married and I remembered all the effort she gave just to make the wedding happen; I can still remember that she was making every aspect of the wedding as seamless as possible. Everyone has experienced one way or another, having to answer surveys regarding overall satisfaction with the service, crew or food; I usually experience this when eating at restaurants or fastfood chains when waiters slip you a small paper with some questions. I dislike surveys because they take time to answer, however, client satisfaction surveys are needed to better cater to people’s needs and rate the establishment or company on service quality; this way, we can provide suggestions for improvement. One memory I recall is when my mother worked part time as a mystery shopper—one who has to pose as a normal customer—who actually had a list of detailed tasks to do including what to order, checking the place, and seeing if the employees are polite and accommodating. Although the identity of the mystery shopper must remain secret, it is quite funny when you see how much more accommodating employees would become when they hear the words “mystery shopper”; this was what I had observed while accompanying my mother on one of her mystery shopper assignments. Instead of complaining out loud about how bad the service is, I think it is more mutually beneficial when customers would fill out surveys because the result would help the company realize the areas that would need to be improved and take action. Some people are lazy and think there is no point of answering these questions when they cannot be changed; I still think it matters so that people would become aware of these issues and find ways to resolve them—it is this way when customers and the service providers can work together to make the company better.

since I am still discovering new places in town because I am a new person in the neighborhood and most of my time are usually spent inside my house and I have less time going out because I am usually busy designing and decorating the interior part of my house and after all the things are set inside the house and I have nothing left to do and that is when boredom starts especially that I am always left alone because my parents are quite busy with their individual work since I always want to have a very refreshing aura inside my house to eliminate the bad vibes. Shopping is one of my options to kill boredom, so I tried making friends inside the neighborhood so I would know what their ways are of having fun that does not really require spending money like exploring and reflecting with nature, things that are innate and priceless but still give the same happiness when going shopping since I want something different, something that would not make me spend lots of money and could stress me up, so some of them told me that they usually have their time spent at the park. So I tried going there since I just do not love nature but also animals and the bear viewed there is harmless and because they said there usually happens a bear viewing in katmai national park and many people will also go there and for sure I will be having fun, I am really loving it that I got to go to a bear viewing in katmai national park and also I get to bond and meet new people and friends and I am getting closer with animals and nature and really is entertaining plus the fact that I did not have to spend lots of money just to have fun.
